Lorrie Ann Bickel, 42, Kingston, was sentenced to 300 days with 1 day credit for breaking and entering a building with intent. She was ordered to pay $346 in costs and fines. Wanda Louise Burnett, 45, Caro, was sentenced to two delayed 12-month sentences for identity theft and telecommunications – using device/identification to avoid payment $1,000 or more but less than $20,000 and ordered to pay $466 in fines and costs.

Samuel Caleb Rankin, 20, Caro, was sentenced to 365 days with credit for 66 served and two 60-month probation terms for weapons – dangerous weapon – carrying with unlawful intent; and assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). He was ordered to pay $1,266 in fines and costs.

Robert John Doud, 39, Bay City, was sentenced to two 219 day sentences with credit for 219 days served for each and 36 months probation for larceny from a person and larceny in a building. He was ordered to pay $3,266 in fines and costs and $180 restitution.

Court proceedings resulted in the dismissal of all charges against Richard Turner, 71 of Caro, on April 18. Turner had been charged with Attempted Negligent Homicide for an October 2010 incident on State Street in Caro that resulted in the death of a 78-year-old Caro woman.

Preston Todd Berry, 24, Fostoria, pleaded no contest to domestic violence – aggravated – 2nd offense (habitual offender 3rd offense). Sentence date to be set. In a separate case, Berry pleaded no contest to assault by strangulation (habitual offender 3rd offense). Sentence date to be set.

Nicholas Michael-James Osborn, 21, Lapeer, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense. Sentence date to be set.

Joseph Arthur Frank, 61, Millington, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – delivery/manufacture of 5 to 45 kilograms of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense; and controlled substance – possession of marijuana – 2nd or subsequent offense. Sentence date to be set.

Gregory Albert Harmon, 23, Mayville, was sentenced to 60 days, credit for two days, 60 months probation, 480 hours community service and ordered to pay $1,318 fines and costs for operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense.

Morley Albert Griffen, 52, Marlette, was sentenced to 60 months  probation and ordered to pay $2,698 fines and costs for sex offender – failure to comply with registration act.

Richard Lee Lesoski, 33, Owendale, was sentenced to 2 to 20 years, credit for 112 days and ordered to pay $198 fines and costs for stalking – aggravated.

Sara Grace Ayers, 21, Vassar, was sentenced to 12 months delayed and ordered to pay $968 fines and costs for lying to a police officer – four year or more crime investigation.

Anthony Michael Allen, 54, Caro, was sentenced to 330 days, credit for one, 60 months probation and ordered to pay $2,698 fines and costs for aggravated indecent exposure (habitual offender 2nd offense).

Joshua Larry Peters, 31, Saginaw, was sentenced to two sentences of 180 days with credit for 105, 36 months probation and 90 days on a SCRAM tether upon release and ordered to pay $1,166 fines and costs for two counts of domestic violence – 3rd offense.
